Snow in Vegas!

Wow - I cant beleive how much snow we got today! It was amazing. Check out Ada and her snowman. Mom and dad said she had a blast! Hmmmm hopefully Santa will bring us some snow again for Christmas day - that would be wonderful!

Ready for the Holidays!

So it is almost Christmas and I am starting to freak out. I still have quite a bit of shopping to do and a bunch of projects to finish. I decided to make all the kids something special this year. It was a lot of fun picking out what to do for each one, but now it is crunch time on getting those projects done. My lovely mother has been helping me sew and she has done such a great job, but I still have things to paint and other projects to finish. I am determined to make this a great Christmas for all of our nieces and nephews. I really don't care if I have anything under the Christmas tree as long as they have an amazing Christmas.

So this weekend it is time for Family pictures. It seems like we are always very last minute with this every Christmas, but we still manage get our Christmas cards out just in time. :)

This Monday, Boe & I gave his twin nieces their birthday present early. Since they are going to get so many cool presents on their actual birthday, Boe wanted to make sure they knew how cool the present we got them was. He didn't want anyone elses to show us up! haha They were all decked out in their riding gear, riding their new motorcycles, as they call them, all over the house. They were the cutest things ever, riding around the house as fast as they could on their new scooters. I think they loved them.

Anyways, I hope everyone has a great weekend. I will be very busy finishing up all my little projects and wrapping presents and maybe a little more shopping as well.

Hi everyone so i have been getting into this blog thing since ashlee started it, we are all still trying to figure out the whole website but im sure in time we will be able too. I figured since ashlee and carissa have both updated everyone on their lives id come on and update you about mine. Im currently a senior in high school and i can not wait for it to be over, im not involved with school at all actually half my friends thought i didnt even go there any more. I go to school from seven to ten and i dont stick around for anything. With my short schedule at school im able to work alot more. I currently work at quiksilver. I have recieved an eye opener on life and i have grown up alot since i have started there. I love everyone i work with they all keep me laughing and having a good time, and if im ever in a bad mood they find any and every way to get me out of it and i love them for that (: School and work take up a great deal of my time but on my off days i watch adalynn for carissa. She is the cutest little thing ever and i love her to death. I am also currently getting physical therapy for my knees, they are kinda a pain and its not fun when its raining because the pain gets worse, but i think its starting to improve and i am definitely thankful for that. As for the little world traveler, i was hoping to travel to Peru && Chile this summer with People to People, i have recently decided i will not be taking the trip. Its going to be hard finishing up my senior year and i think im just going to leave the traveling for my future. With the economy the way it is i dont think i would be able to get the sponsorship i need to be able to travel, i wish all the students the best and i wish i could go with them but i guess there is ALWAYS a next time and ill be able to go to South America sometime in life. Well enough of me blabbing maybe ill get on here again someday and update you again but for the time being thanks for reading :D
